-
Mindfulness is a special kind of attention. Mindfulness means to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of what you are doing. For example, you can wash up in order to have clean dishes or you can wash up for the sake of washing up. You can be mindful as you do up your jacket, you can brush your teeth mindfully, eat mindfully, run, climb and swing mindfully – one can do everything in a state of mindfulness!
